Editorial

We are very pleased to present you the latest issue of "Polish Political Science Yearbook" (2015, Vol. 44). We hope that the broad spectrum of the problems discussed will be for you a useful source of inspiration and knowledge. Articles published in this issue elaborate the extremely diverse topics – from political theory and problems in bilateral and multilateral relations to different questions in various policy areas.

What’s more, we would like to draw your attention to several changes that have occurred in our journal. Firstly, to organize the content of the publication, we introduced the division into thematic sections, such as: THEORY OF POLITICS, INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS, HISTORY OF POLITICAL THOUGHT, POLITICS IN THE POSTMODERN WORLD, POLITICAL SYSTEMS, DOMESTIC POLICY, ENERGY POLICY and MEDIA AND POLITICS. Secondly, we have changed the construction of bibliography and bibliographic notation, whereby an appropriately designed bibliography has become – next to an abstract and keywords – an integral part of each article. All these changes serve to your comfort and satisfaction, as well as further improvements that we intend to introduce in the future. We plan to be more receptive to information technology and increase emphasis on electronic editions of our yearbook. We believe that in this way the journal will meet the challenges of the rapidly changing world and will respond to your needs.
