Teacher profession age particularities

This contribution is addressed to the group of female teachers at the age of over 46. We compared this group with younger female teachers and we examined which attributes are typical of this age category. We tried to compare and analyze anamnestic data, motivation, and some personality characteristics of older female teachers.
