Development of professional competence of preschool and primary education teachers using innovative forms of methodological work

The article reveals the work experience of the preschool and primary education department of the Donetsk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education regarding the development of the professional competence of teachers of preschool and primary school institutions in the conditions of education reform by means of innovative forms of methodical work; examines the challenges faced by teachers intoday’s realities.
