The author offers a new approach to a phenomenon of social legends of great individuals from a philosophical point of view. He starts with a presentation of his interpretation of the concept of the Platonic tradition of a divine man and a cult or hagiography of such men in the ideal Platonic state, alongside with an explanation, inspired by Platonic authors. He collates this concept and its justification (rationalization) with today’s social and political reception of axiology, in order to present it as an epiphany of higher values. He collates it also with the results of philosophical reflection on a ductility of history, in order to show it as a prototype of something real in its historical efficiency. The author ends with summary and explanation of his proposal.

There are four main areas through which education can foster social cohesion, these are: curriculum design; an appropriate classroom climate of dialogue and respect; equal opportunities for all learners; and diverse school programmes that encompass the interests and experiences of the learning community. In this paper, by intersecting these concepts with the lead author’s experiences as a student in Vietnam’s primary and secondary public schools, we explore how social cohesion in constructed within the Vietnamese school system and the impact this has on student identity. Further focus is provided by analysing in-depth three fundamental aspects of the Vietnamese education system. These are: moral education; Vietnam’s national rite of saluting the flag; and didactic, teacher-focused teaching. The latter section of the essay then critically evaluates some shortcomings associated with the teaching of social cohesion in Vietnam. The purpose of this paper is to add meaning to those cultural features of schooling that have been taken for granted by Vietnamese people and also to highlight the need to find a balance between social cohesion and individuality in the Vietnamese educational system, so that in future current flaws can be erased. This paper is a conceptual paper informed by research literature. However, it also embraces an auto-ethnographic approach and in doing so extends the parameters of academic writing within a Vietnamese context.

Socio-psychological harmonization of youth in political time-space
The article considers the description of the developed training program, which is aimed at optimizing the political behavior of young people and neutralizing the potential of their political conflict. It is determined that neutralizing the potential of political conflict among young people requires a number of measures, in particular, at the stage of providing educational services, which should include both educational and counseling activities aimed at optimizing the political behavior of young people. It is proved that an effective mechanism to counteract this and neutralize the destructive influences of extremist organizations is to increase the political culture and maturity of the political identity of the younger generation, namely the development of its political activity in line with democratic initiatives and political identity of the younger generation. stimulating youth participation. And the main forms of implementation of this are the involvement of young people in public administration, namely the internship of students in order to develop the necessary professional qualities and prepare for further work in local governments. It is also important to involve the most active youth representatives in community councils or advisory bodies, which will also help them to develop the professional skills needed to work in this field. It is determined that, given the multinational and multi-religious composition of modern Ukrainian society, it is especially important to hold mass events aimed at forming a tolerant attitude of young people to different cultures and traditions and non-acceptance of any manifestations of intolerance and discrimination. It was found that the most effective socio-psychological tool for harmonizing the political behavior of young people is to conduct appropriate training aimed at forming a mature political culture that will provide a tolerant attitude and constructive ways to overcome political contradictions and conflicts. The developed program of socio-psychological training, aimed at harmonizing the political behavior of young people and neutralizing conflicts in the political space, includes the following 5 sessions. The study concludes that the implementation of this training program will increase the maturity of political identity of young people and, as a result of optimizing their political behavior and developing skills of constructive interaction in society in situations of political contradictions and conflicts, significantly reduce their potential for political conflict.

Forms and Methods of Moral Education in Tutoring Practices in England
The article emphasizes that every year in England the moral development of the individual receives more and more attention, and the number of programs of moral education in colleges and universities is constantly growing. It is proved that the content of tutor training programs is aimed at teaching morals, instilling values, as well as the use of various pedagogical approaches and methods. Tutoring professional development programs promote their ethical and moral development, teach them to think critically about various issues of moral and ethical content. It has been established that proper education of students by tutors helps to enrich their knowledge, morals, values and ethics. The tutor develops morals and values through many methods, such as conversation, essay writing, role play, debate, discussion, projects, interviews, brainstorming; use of resource materials through poems, stories, songs, photographs, posters and slogans. These techniques effectively help tutors teach students to critically evaluate important issues, taking into account morals, values and ethics. The article describes the forms and methods used by tutors, especially affect the development of values, morals and ethics, help to motivate students and promote universal values. Through discussion and reading, research and writing gradually, week after week, semester after semester, year after year, English students learn to think independently and, most importantly, to act according to the laws of morality. The article states that tutors have their own “style” of upbringing, which is partly related to their own experience, attitude to life, as well as individual qualities. It has been proven that students in the tutorial are in an environment that promotes their comprehensive, harmonious development and helps them succeed. Tutor support leads to the fact that the tutees are confident in their ability to make successful progress, set priorities, overcome conflicts, set realistic personal goals; ask for help, solve problems, develop their moral culture. Respect and love for the tutees show the level of development of the tutor’s moral consciousness. This love is manifested in trust, respect, exactingness, justice, nobility and kindness. It is substantiated that in order to form one’s own image and establish a trusting relationship with the tutees, a tutor carefully prepares for the tutorials; demonstrates his or her respect, sincerity, empathy, interest and contact; is friendly, always in a good mood; penetrates into the spiritual world of the tutee, takes into account his or her values and preferences; offers and asks for help, listens to advice; determines what impresses and fascinates them.

Moral Education in the Family Within the Sociopedagogical Narrative
It is in the family that the goals of religious and moral upbringing are realized most strongly, and the family is the most important place for religious and moral formation. In the present sociopedagogical analysis, we will highlight some possibilities and difficulties in moral upbringing, both from a sociological perspective and in the light of pedagogical reflection. Such discussions are important in view of the ongoing deconstruction of many of the values and norms hitherto prevailing in societies and the weakening of moral education processes in the family. Moral upbringing – considered from a sociological point of view – leads to such a stage of personality development, where the individual decides on the moral value of his or her actions, on what is right or wrong, honest or dishonest, based on the moral principles, goals and ideals commonly recognized in a given culture.

The most important aspects of social transformation in Poland, which result in, among other things, the necessity to develop an axiological perspective, also in the sphere of education, are discussed in the paper. Results of absence of values in social life and reasons for their absence are named. Special attention is paid to the problem of tolerance and passing moral values in education in order to avoid the “us” and “them” formula in perceiving the multicultural world.
