In this research paper the author considers the problematic aspects of interaction of bodies (units) of state border protection and customs of the State Customs Service of Ukraine during the detection of signs of violations of customs rules, as well as the indentifying property that has no owner or owner unknown at border crossings. entry-exit checkpoint, in the controlled border area. At the same time, the current state of legal regulation of this issue, the main legislative developments in this area, which took place in connection with the joint order of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine number 849/828, foreign approaches to cooperation between customs and border units. Based on the study, it was concluded that the issues of cooperation between state border guards and customs of the State Customs Service of Ukraine are regulated by the updated Procedure number 849/828, approved by a joint order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. a number of powers from the administrative-operational group to draw up reports on administrative offenses, to send an act of detection, and on the property of the owner, who is unknown or as has no owner - transfer of property to the relevant department of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, to other officials of state border guards, and also extended the validity of this document not only to cases of violations of customs rules, property whose owner has no owner or whose owner is unknown, detected at checkpoints across the state border of Ukraine, but also for similar cases detected at the checkpoint of entry-exit, in the controlled border area. At the same time, the mentioned Procedure number 849/828 does not solve a number of urgent issues of such interaction, such as: insufficiently effective coordination of work of state border guards and customs of the State Customs Service of Ukraine on ensuring unity of customs and border control, impossibility to send a representative protection of the state border (units of protection of the state border) and customs of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, carrying out separate control in cases when it is necessary to carry out joint control, lack of interest in such interaction, lack of a specific list of reasons when a joint inspection should be conducted, lack of sanctions for failure to conduct a joint inspection in case of detection of goods moving in violation of customs rules and border legislation without sufficient reasons. Therefore, a solution to these problems is proposed.

Victimology-Psychological Model of Rehabilitation of Minor Victims of Sexual Violence

The article examines the peculiarities of victimological and psychological rehabilitation of adolescents who suffered from sexual violence. Attention is drawn to the fact that statistical data and judicial practice show that the consequences of sexual violence against minors are often irreparable, especially if the child was not provided with timely help. It is indicated that sexual violence, in any case, is the so-called «trigger point» for counting the formation of psychological injuries, which in most cases lead to the emergence of a person, especially a minor, in a retrospective phenomenon, which consists in an episodic return to the event , which caused an injury. In this regard, the rehabilitation of such children should begin with establishing not only psychological and physiological determination, but also criminological and victimological conditions and background phenomena, which in symbiosis contributed to or facilitated the commission of sexual violence. As in the case of working with criminal offenders, as well as with victims, the creation of specific models of actual or potentially deviant behavior with the allocation of correlations with psychological and moral features of a person’s personality becomes especially relevant. Victimological prevention should always include identifying the basic conditions for the creation of deviant instructions that contributed to the adolescent getting into an unfavorable situation and working out possible ways to avoid it in retrospect. Any rehabilitation should begin with a balanced dialogue, which will give the child the opportunity in a favorable environment to work with a specialist on all aspects of a socially dangerous event and build a behavioral algorithm that will allow him to avoid victim relapse in the future. It was concluded that the main rehabilitation measures and means are: 1) creating a sense of security in the minor victim of sexual violence; 2) building a dialogue taking into account the characteristics of the child’s personality and the event of a criminal offense committed against him; 3) working out, if possible, the maximum number of trigger zones associated with a socially dangerous event; 4) adjusting the child to positive reframing; 5) prevention of repeated and secondary victimization; 6) closure of gestalts associated with episodes of sexual violence. Rehabilitation of such children should take place due to the consolidation of efforts of medical workers, teachers, psychologists, criminologists and victimologists.

Teacher-Student-Environment Interactions in Fieldwork Through 360-Degree Camera

The 360-degree camera is a relatively new technology that might become an effective tool for the development of students and teachers and overall educational improvement. As “normal” video provides a maximum 130-degree perspective, it could not offer a complex capture of education. This paper presents a way to use a 360-degree camera during two different modes of trainee teachers’ fieldwork and proposes how to evaluate this form of education in terms of teacher-student-environment interactions by identifying the occurrence and duration of each type of interaction. It is evident that the type and intensity of interactions affect fieldwork significantly and may lead to different depths of learning.

The implementation of the metastrategy minus in Volodymyr Zelensky’s speech at the meeting of The Ukraine defense contact group in the Ramstein format

The present study is devoted to the linguopragmatic aspect of the modern Ukrainian political discourse, investigation of the main communicative strategies and tactics based on the speech of current President of Ukraine V. Zelensky at the meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the Ramstein format. In the institutional political discourse communicative strategies and tactics might be qualified as very powerful manipulative categories. Its identification can only be made by deep analysis of vocabulary, grammar, sentence formation and context of the speaker. The use of strategies and tactics in the institutional political discourse demonstrates how strong the addressee can operate his knowledge, will, and emotions. Manipulative metastrategies and tactics are called to implement and realize the communicative goals and intentions of the speaker. We offer our own classification of manipulative metastrategies and tactics through the framework of cognitive scenarios. All our metastrategies and tactics are implemented to create a positive image of the subject of the speech and a negative representation of the opponent at the same time. The cognitive scenario represents the communicative situation. The analysed speech of V. Zelensky demonstrates the manipulative metastrategy of minus through combined scenarios. It means that the President tries to show his figure both in a positive self-presentation, a negative representation of the object and a theatrical action. A scenario of the theatrical action is represented by tactics of dramatization. The positive self-presentation is combined with a negative representation of the object. The tactics of irony and sarcasm, offending and warning belong there. In general, Ukrainian presidential style of the speech at the meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the Ramstein format is rather emotional than neutral. That is because of the beginning of the war between Israel and Sector Gaza and the future threat of the illusion of World War III.
